How We're Different
When disaster strikes from fire, wind, or water, causing a large loss, the list of issues and logistics exponentially grows.
Although there are many quality emergency restoration companies, it’s not common for them to offer exclusive large loss services (including estimating, demolition, engineering, and reconstruction with a licensed New Home Warranty).
Rebuild Response is the only team of expert local builders standardizing their services for residential, commercial, multi-unit, agriculture, and catastrophic (CAT) property loss processes provincially in Canada.
Our History
Rebuild Response has been a trusted partner in the insurance industry since 2010; when Tom Streek was invited to bid on an insurance-related construction project in the first year of starting his own custom home building company, Harmony Homes Quinte.
Tom Streek grew up in a family construction business and has done self-building projects over the last 25 years–custom builds and insurance rebuilds, both residential and commercial.
Tom and his team established Rebuild Response Group as a registered Ontario franchisor company in 2019, have since completed their goal of operating across Ontario with builder franchisees, have begun expanding their coverage in the Atlantic, and have assisted the industry in two catastrophic losses across Canada.
Ultimately, Tom is passionate about using his corporate platform to positively impact his clients, industry connections, and team of builders.
